Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Broad IT expertise in implementation, design, development, delivery, and support for Fusion Cloud and EBS Applications.
  • 10+ years of ERP implementation experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Architect, document, and manage changes to the Oracle environment in a compliant manner, ensuring sustainability over time.
  • Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes, suggesting improvements.
  • Create business architecture models reflecting the organization's strategies and goals.
  • Develop and maintain an Oracle global architecture diagram.
  • Strong technical knowledge within the ERP Data Domain, including Procure to Pay and/or Order to Cash lifecycle (Inventory, Procurement, Costing, Order Management, GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, Cash Management, Projects).
  • 10+ years of hands-on Oracle development and team leadership experience.
  • Responsible for development reviews, quality assurance, and deployment within Oracle environments.
  • Lead conversion and/or integration tracks.
  • Manage System Admin and Security Environment:
  • Key super-permissions, patch management, POD (instance) management, system configuration, and risk management.
  • Role/persona security management and system configuration to maintain a secure environment.
  • Functional foundation to provide solutions based on functional specifications.
  • Experienced in business user interaction for requirement gathering, CRP sessions, phase exit presentations, and sign-offs.
  • Working knowledge of Agile best practices and experience in onsite/offshore models.
  • Proven ability to integrate Cloud ERP with third-party providers (e.g., banks, CRM, exchange rate platforms).
  • Strong understanding of performance tuning best practices.

Essential Skills

Job Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Strong SQL/PLSQL, backend tables, cloud FBDI-based conversions, OIC integrations.
  • BI Publisher (RTF design, eText, scheduling, parameter handling, bursting, backups).
  • Additional reporting tools: OTBI, Analysis Dashboard, SmartView, FRS.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Middleware (4-5 years experience preferred).
  • Integration strategies with Oracle SaaS applications (CPQ, Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, ERP Cloud).
  • Experience with OIC technologies like VBCS, PCS, Java, JavaScript.
  • Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services.
  • Extending Cloud/EBS through personalization layers.
  • Lockbox processing, bank statement integration, AP check printing, and automated AR invoices.
  • Managing and executing tasks across project lifecycles: Design, Build/Configuration, Training, Testing, Deploy, Support.
  • Willing to work until 12:00 AM IST for client overlap.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
