Job Description
The identified candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Cloud EPM product. The candidate will be an individual contributor, interacting with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts to integrate Oracle EPM technologies for superior business impact. The role involves collaboration with Onshore and Nearshore EPM Project teams, including transformation, implementation, roll-out, upgrades, development, and support.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, design, develop, document, and support FCCS.
- Support the full lifecycle of Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) including design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle FCCS with strong knowledge of consolidations, close processes, and financial reporting.
- Set up the FCCS system to meet business process requirements.
- Develop testing scenarios, test scripts, and lead unit, integration, and acceptance testing teams.
- Conduct financial reporting and analysis.
- Understand the financial close cycle and related best practices.
- Create consolidated financial statements for customers.
- Handle foreign currency translation and its effect on financial statements.
- Manage project plans, timelines, status reports, risks, and issue logs.
- Apply Hackett's methodologies while adhering to contractual obligations.
- Convert functional requirements into technical objects and suggest FCCS design improvements.
- Implement consolidation methods, custom business rules, phased data submissions, and data locking processes in FCCS.
Essential Skills
Job
- Over 6+ years of HFM/EPM FCCS experience in administration, design, analysis, development, and support.
- 5+ years of experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), FCCS, and Financial Data Quality Management.
- Expertise in requirement analysis, functional specifications, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Full project lifecycle experience in Financial Consolidation Projects.
- Hands-on experience with FCCS, including business rules, data forms, and financial reports.
- Strong knowledge of consolidation processes, intercompany transactions, and currency translations.
- Experience with FCCS Application Build, Metadata Load, and Data Load.
- Familiarity with Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) and/or ARCS.
- Strong skills in MS Office tools and an openness to new technologies.
- Oracle Cloud certification is a plus.
- Implementation experience with Oracle FCCS, including metadata creation, intercompany eliminations, and data locking.

- Extensive experience with Oracle EPM applications; HFM experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of other EPM applications like ARCS and PBCS.
- Proficiency in Cloud Applications, EPM Suite (EPBCS, PBCS, ARCS), EPM Automate, SmartView, and FRs reporting.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change, Availability Management).
- Flexibility to work long hours overlapping EST, CST, and PST time zones.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Experience with HFR, FDMEE/DM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, SQL scripting, and BI Publisher.
- MBA Finance or strong finance domain background is a plus.
- Oracle Cloud Certifications in Cloud EPM workstreams.
