Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients in TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications) on indirect tax issues.
  • Ensure compliance with global tax laws and regulations while minimizing risk.
  • Contribute to strategic tax planning for clients in the TMT sector.
  • Assist with indirect tax strategy during mergers and acquisitions.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in indirect tax.
  • CA or Lawyer with experience in indirect tax matters.
  • Strong knowledge of global tax regulations, particularly in the TMT sector.
