Senior Consultant - Tax - National - TAX - ITTS - Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on M&A tax and transaction advisory assignments
• Analyze and apply SEBI, FEMA, and stamp duty laws
• Support due diligence and tax structuring efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deals

Skills & Experience:

• CA with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of M&A taxation, SEBI, FEMA regulations
• Good understanding of transaction tax laws
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
