Responsibilities

Seeking an experienced techno-functional person with expertise in Front Office Support for traders & Order management, specifically with deep expertise on Charles River Investment Managements system (CRIMS) to support Global Trading.

The ideal candidate is expected to bring in a strong track record of delivering high-impact solutions in fast-paced trading environments, demonstrating end-to-end proficiency across both frontend and backend functionalities of CRIMS. Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.

Collaborate effectively with global teams across the US, Singapore, and India, fostering a culture of transparency and shared ownership.

This role would be a part of our IT teams. At the onset we expect this role to work as part of our technology operations team and be able to-

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert in CRIMS, leveraging extensive hands-on experience to support and enhance trading workflows.
  • Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in (CRIMS) system maintenance, upgrades and configuration management ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Act as a liaison between Front Office Stakeholders and IT teams facilitating clear communication and rapid issue resolution. Deliver strategic and tactical support to Front Office trading teams, ensuring robust order execution and system reliability
  • Respond to ad-hoc business data requests, lead triage of production issues and coordinate patching, upgrades, and comprehensive integration testing to ensure system integrity.
  • Interface between vendor (CRIMS) and the business on case tracking and escalation
  • Able to help with queries using the CRIMS tools; should have good understanding of the CRIMS data model.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the data architecture and governance within CRIMS, acting as a data custodian when needed.
  • Guide engineers in Trading technical support & development teams with subject matter expertise.

Qualifications

Graduate degree (any stream) and 10+ years work experience or equivalent experience

Domain: Investment Management / Asset Management

Technology skills: SQL, MS Office, MS Excel and JIRA, Programming skills - Python desired. Knowledge of AWS will be preferred.

Product : Charles River Investment Managements system (CRIMS), with more experience in Front Office / Trading / Derivatives.
