Role - Senior SAP SD & Logistics Consultant
Location: India (Delhi/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai/ Noida/Pune)
Summary -
- Senior SAP SD & Logistics Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in delivering SAP solutions across global transformation programs
- Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Logistics Execution (LE), Pricing, Billing, ATP
- Proven experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, covering Greenfield, Brownfield, Rollouts, Hypercare, and BAU support
- Strong integration exposure with MM, FI, WM/EWM, TM, PP, and SAP BTP/CPI
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead and support SAP SD and Logistics implementations, rollouts, and support projects
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and SAP configurations
- Configure SAP SD components including:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing & Condition Techniques
- Credit Management
- Delivery, Shipping, and Transportation
- Billing and Invoicing
- ATP and Output Determination
- Design and manage complex logistics processes:
- Intercompany Sales
- Third-Party and Drop-Shipments
- Returns and Reverse Logistics
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, WM/EWM, TM, PP) to ensure seamless end-to-end integration
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for enhancements and interfaces
- Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and cutover activities
- Provide hypercare and BAU support, including root cause analysis and production issue resolution
- Ensure smooth go-live execution with minimal business disruption
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management in line with ITIL processes
- Conduct knowledge transfer, user training, and documentation
- Engage with business stakeholders and ensure timely delivery against project milestones.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications -
- 58 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD and LE
- In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
- Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA SD
- Strong knowledge of Pricing, Billing, ATP, Shipping, and Logistics Execution
- Proven experience with cross-module integration (MM, FI, WM/EWM, TM, PP)
- Hands-on experience with:
- IDocs / EDI
- SAP Fiori
- SAP BTP / CPI integrations
- Experience supporting global users and multi-country rollouts
- Familiarity with ITSM / ALM tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Good to Have -
- Experience with S/4HANA migrations or conversions
- Exposure to Transportation Management (TM) and advanced logistics scenarios
- SAP SD Certification
- Prior client-facing or onsite engagement experience
- Experience working in global delivery or AMS models
