As a Senior Consultant in the SAP Modernization - Delivery department, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our SAP security posture. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing robust security measures, protecting sensitive data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, utilizing your deep understanding of SAP technologies and security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP security consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Design and implement security strategies for SAP environments, including access control, encryption, and data protection measures.
- Utilize SAP HANA Cloud audit logs and threat detection tools to monitor for suspicious activities and potential security breaches.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP security patches and updates, ensuring timely implementation to address potential risks.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate security measures into the SAP modernization process.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate complex SAP security challenges and compliance requirements.
- Document and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate security risks, recommendations, and the impact of security initiatives on business operations.
- Stay abreast of emerging security threats and trends, contributing to the development of innovative security solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP security, with a proven track record of leading security initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Expertise in data protection, privacy, and compliance measures, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with SAP security tools, such as SAP HANA Cloud audit logs and threat detection solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong client relationships.
- Certifications in SAP security, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HANA Cloud Security, are preferred.
- Experience in SAP security architecture design and implementation is highly advantageous.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
