Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our SAP Planning - Delivery department, driving the successful implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in solving complex supply chain challenges and optimizing operational efficiency. You will work closely with our clients ERPs, particularly S/4HANA, and leverage tools like CPI-DS to ensure seamless integration and data flow. Your role is pivotal in delivering end-to-end project lifecycles, from blueprinting to testing and training, to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP IBP Response & Supply Time Series projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP IBP solutions for Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP.
- Integrate SAP IBP with client ERPs, especially S/4HANA, for seamless data exchange.
- Utilize CPI-DS and other tools to enhance integration and optimize supply chain processes.
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices to clients, ensuring their supply chain operations are efficient and effective.
- Support end-to-end project lifecycles, including blueprinting, testing, and training, to ensure client success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP IBP solutions with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Document and communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP Response & Supply Time Series projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP and its integration with ERPs, especially S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience with CPI-DS or similar integration tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to tackle supply chain challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to stay updated with SAP IBP releases and industry best practices.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members is preferred.
