Job Description
The Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in our SAP Planning - Delivery department, focusing on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and its Response & Supply (R&S) module. This position entails collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their supply chain requirements and translating those into efficient, scalable IBP solutions. The consultant will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of R&S module implementation, from configuration and testing to ongoing support and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the Response & Supply module within SAP IBP.
- Translate supply chain requirements into effective IBP solutions, ensuring optimal supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and develop IBP models, rules, and processes to support supply planning and order-based planning.
- Ensure the timely delivery of IBP projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain management practices.
- Document and maintain project plans, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct performance analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Foster a collaborative environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation, with a focus on the Response & Supply module.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration, including model design, rule creation, and process optimization.
- Experience in supply planning, order management, and real-time response management is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
