Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and supporting SAP applications. You will collaborate closely with functional teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs. Your expertise in SAP ABAP will be crucial in driving innovation and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP ABAP programs and modules across various SAP modules.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP ABAP applications.
- Implement best practices and optimize SAP ABAP code for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and guidelines.
- Document and maintain technical specifications and development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of SAP modules.
- Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Objects, and SAP UI5.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and its technical aspects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Certifications in SAP ABAP or related SAP technologies are an advantage.
