Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering SAP projects and driving business transformation. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, design and implement effective solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes. Your expertise in project management and SAP will be instrumental in guiding our team and clients through complex transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP project teams, ensuring effective project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Facilitate and participate in workshops to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Manage and coordinate resources, including internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, PMO frameworks, and reporting standards.
- Provide expertise and guidance on SAP S/4HANA programs and best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of organizational change management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Document and communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in SAP technologies.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in project management roles.
- Previous consulting experience is mandatory, with a preference for Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services firms.
- Demonstrated success in managing ERP or business transformation projects, with a focus on process design and change management.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, PMO frameworks, and reporting tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with portfolio/program management standards (PMI, PRINCE2) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working in a team environment.
