Senior SAP EWM Consultant – Pune, India (Onsite)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP EWM Consultant to lead and deliver endtoend SAP EWM implementations, including both Greenfield and Brownfield projects, with a strong focus on S/4HANA (Embedded or Decentralized).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle SAP EWM implementations and guide project teams across all phases.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, map business processes, and develop detailed solution blueprints for warehouse operations.
- Configure and customize EWM functionalities: Inbound/Outbound processes, Internal Movements, Physical Inventory, Kitting, VAS, and Quality Management.
- Design and manage integrations between SAP EWM and modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM, as well as third-party/external systems.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM.
- At least 2–3 endtoend SAP EWM implementation projects (S/4HANA experience strongly preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong command over core EWM processes, including warehouse structure setup (Storage Control, Bin Determination), Handling Units, and Packaging Specifications.
- In-depth understanding of integration touchpoints with MM, SD, QM, PP, and TM.
- ABAP debugging capabilities (reading and analyzing code); experience with BAdIs and User Exits is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of automation technologies such as Material Flow Systems (MFS) and RFID.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working with BAdIs and User Exits.
