We are looking for an innovative SAP Technical CPI consultant to design, build, and manage integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP's BTP Integration Suite.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to align the global Tax and Legal landscape with the business'activities and proposed wider business processes.You will be the lynchpin between the Tax Function and IT Function,ensuring that we build the best SAP Tax design for the client.This will require the ability to explain complex terms toa variety of different stakeholders, and in a way that is relevant to each stakeholder group.You will also need tocontinually assess the SAP product suite and development roadmap to integrate any updated specifications andrequirementsinto SAPsystemarchitecture.

You will also need to integrate with the wider client project team (whether that is delivered by Deloitte Consulting oranother Systems Integration partner). This will involve an understanding of how the tax design interacts with otherprocessflowsandalsotheinter-personal skillsto buildtherequiredrelationships.

Keyresponsibilities - Design & Development: Create end-to-end integration scenarios, iFlows, and integrations with SAP and third-party applications. Configuration: Set up adapters (SFTP, JDBC, etc.), message mappings, and security settings. Collaboration: Work with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Design, expose, and support OData services (preferably OData V4 via RAP; maintain OData V4 where required). Testing: Perform functional, unit, and end-to-end testing for data accuracy and system compatibility. Documentation: Create detailed technical specifications, design documents, and support guides. Monitoring & Support: Troubleshoot issues, provide L2/L3 support, and optimize performance. API Management: Develop and secure APIs using SAP API Management. Best Practices: Adhere to security protocols, integration patterns, and SAP BTP standards. QualificationandExperienceRequired Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). 5-8 years of Experience in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration). SAP certification (Cloud Platform Integration) is a plus. Integration Protocols: Expertise in REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP. Data Formats: Proficiency with JSON, XML, XSLT. Scripting: Knowledge of Groovy scripting. Tools: SAP API Management, Integration Suite. SAP BTP exposure (e.g., Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh, ABAP environment/Steampunkif relevant).
