Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Lead high-level client interactions to understand business needs and challenges.
• Develop and present tailored recommendations, proposals, and strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships.

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Plan, manage, and execute consulting projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to derive actionable insights.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.

Strategic Advisory

• Provide domain-specific expertise to clients and internal teams.
• Support clients in organizational decision-making through advanced analysis and forecasting.
• Identify new opportunities for value creation and operational improvements.

Team Development & Collaboration

• Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts.
• Foster a collaborative working environment within cross-functional teams.
• Share best practices and contribute to knowledge development.

Business Development (Optional/Role-Specific)

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
• Support marketing and thought leadership activities including white papers, webinars, and events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in [Business/Technology/Healthcare/Finance or relevant field]; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 712 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex consulting projects.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, data visualization, and/or industry-specific tools.
