About the Role

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong experience in the Field Service module to help design, customize, and support solutions that improve field operations, service scheduling, and technician workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
• Configure work orders, scheduling, asset management, and service agreements
• Build custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and Power Platform
• Support integrations with external systems through APIs and Azure services
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Support the Field Service mobile app used by field technicians

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Hands-on experience with the Field Service module

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform
• Experience with system integrations and API development
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
