Essential Skills/Experience
- 7 -10 years of experience in working with Python.
- Proven experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various AWS services (S3, Glue, VPC, Lambda Functions, Batch, Step Functions, ECS).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CDK and CloudFormation.
- Experience with Snowflake or other data warehousing solutions.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, specifically Jenkins and Docker.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
- Experience with process tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Experience of building unit tests, integration tests, system tests and acceptance tests
- Good team player, and the attitude to work with the highest integrity.
