Job Description – Senior Business Analyst (General Industry, Finance Preferred)
Experience: 7–12 years
Preferred: Experience with finance domain processes, Big 4 consulting exposure, multinational client handling
Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical and consulting capabilities to support business process improvement, technology initiatives, and data-driven decision-making across diverse industries. While this role spans general enterprise domains, preference will be given to candidates with finance, banking, payments, or risk experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end business analysis including requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories).
• Work directly with multinational stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into actionable insights, and support solution design.
• Apply structured Big 4–grade consulting methodologies to assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct data analysis, KPI tracking, and business performance reviews across functions such as operations, finance, customer experience, supply chain, or technology.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams for system enhancements, integrations, testing, and rollout support.
• Ensure solutions comply with relevant governance, risk, audit, and financial controls.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder reviews, and change management activities.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to standardizing BA practices and templates.
Skills & Qualifications
• 7–12 years of BA experience across general industries; preference for finance/banking/financial operations.
• Proven experience working with multinational clients and senior business stakeholders.
• Background in Big 4 consulting or structured consulting environments is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, customer journeys, or product lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with documentation tools, process modeling (BPMN), and analytics (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL preferred).
• Excellent communication, requirements elicitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.

1. Proficient in: Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, Confluence.
2. Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
