Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Consulting & Delivery

  • Support and lead consulting engagements in OD, Leadership Development, and HR Strategy.
  • Design and facilitate learning interventions and leadership development workshops.
  • Collaborate with Principal Consultants and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Client Engagement

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and manage ongoing engagements.
  • Understand client needs, co-create solutions, and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Build trusted relationships with HR and business leaders across industries.

Business Development

  • Identify new opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Support proposal creation, pitch development, and client discussions.
  • Represent the firm in HR, learning, and leadership forums.

Entrepreneurial & Growth Role

  • Act as the go-to person for the Bangalore office, especially during MD's travel.
  • Contribute to firm-building, knowledge creation, and brand visibility.
  • Enjoy flexibility to pursue personal consulting or training interests alongside firm engagements (with mutual agreement).
