Role & Responsibilities
Consulting & Delivery
- Support and lead consulting engagements in OD, Leadership Development, and HR Strategy.
- Design and facilitate learning interventions and leadership development workshops.
- Collaborate with Principal Consultants and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Client Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and manage ongoing engagements.
- Understand client needs, co-create solutions, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Build trusted relationships with HR and business leaders across industries.
Business Development
- Identify new opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Support proposal creation, pitch development, and client discussions.
- Represent the firm in HR, learning, and leadership forums.
Entrepreneurial & Growth Role
- Act as the go-to person for the Bangalore office, especially during MD's travel.
- Contribute to firm-building, knowledge creation, and brand visibility.
- Enjoy flexibility to pursue personal consulting or training interests alongside firm engagements (with mutual agreement).
