Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Pega expert with hands-on expertise in the CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) and KYC (Know Your Customer) frameworks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Pega development, especially in the financial services domain, with a solid understanding of onboarding, due diligence, and regulatory compliance processes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Essential Technical Qualification:

Mandatory - CSSA certification.

Pega Developer with 4 to 5 years of overall IT experience, including at least 4+ years relevant experience in

Pega development with minimum 1-3 project implementations.

Strong hands-on experience with Pega CLM/KYC frameworks (preferably versions 7.4 and above).

Good understanding of financial services, client onboarding, and regulatory KYC requirements.

Hands on experience in coding, implementation, integration, development, designing & deployment.

Understanding of Case management concepts & Connectors and Services.

In depth knowledge about Activities, Flows, Declarative Rules, Decision Rules.

Debugging Skills & User Interfaces in PRPC. (Clipboard, PAL, Rules Inspector, TRACER, Harness, Section etc)

Strong understanding of data modelling and database concepts.

Must have working knowledge on Agents and Reports.

Excellent skills in customer interaction and communication.

Experience in working on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
