Depending on your specialization (Functional / Technical / Techno-Functional), responsibilities may include:
Functional Responsibilities
Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation cycles.
Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, and go-live support.
Handle business process mapping, gap analysis, functional documentation, and UAT.
Configure and support multiple HCM modules (listed below).
Provide HR teams with process optimization and quarterly update guidance.
Technical Responsibilities
Develop and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, Integrations (OIC), OTBI & BI Publisher reports.
Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, extensions, and technical interfaces.
Perform data migration activities and support conversion cycles.
Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Techno-Functional Responsibilities
Combine functional design and technical build expertise for end-to-end solution delivery.
Configure modules and also build related extracts, reports, and integrations.
Support cross-module dependencies and end-to-end HR process flows.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (functional, technical, or mixed).
Strong hands-on experience in at least 4+ HCM Cloud modules (any combination).
Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects.
Strong understanding of HR processes and HCM best practices.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with global stakeholders.
Good to Have
Experience with Redwood UX and new Oracle Cloud features.
Knowledge of global HR compliance and localization features.
Oracle HCM Certification(s).
Experience working in Agile delivery models.
