Role Summary
Looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Security Operations (SecOps) to handle end-to-end implementation, integrations with external security tools, and platform configuration in an enterprise environment. Now Assist implementation experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering and solution design
- Configure and implement ServiceNow SecOps modules
- Development, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Integration with external security tools (SIEM & vulnerability scanners)
- Support UAT and go-live activities
- Troubleshoot production and integration issues

Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow technical experience
- Strong experience in Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Configuration & development: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer
- Experience working on enterprise-scale implementations
- Good understanding of overall ServiceNow platform
- Now Assist (GenAI) implementation/configuration experience
- Exposure to ITSM/CMDB
- Experience integrating tools like Splunk, QRadar, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7
- ServiceNow CSA and SecOps certification
