Key Responsibilities
Backup, Storage & Cyber Recovery
- Lead solution design and deployment using Dell Networker, Data Domain, and PowerProtect Cyber Recovery.
- Build and implement Cyber Recovery vaults, replication strategies, and sandbox test ecosystems.
- Deliver workshops, technical sessions, and bestpractice guidance for global customers on backup architecture, cyber recovery, and secure restore workflows.
Incident Response & Recovery
- Act as a senior technical lead during ransomware events or highseverity recovery situations.
- Drive triage, containment planning, secure restore, and cleanroom recovery workflows.
- Validate cybervault integrity using Cyber Recovery + CyberSense analytics.
- Activate Cyber Recovery procedures including vault isolation, restore orchestration, and sandbox verification.
Business Resiliency
- Help organizations strengthen multicloud and onprem resiliency strategies.
- Support disasterrecovery planning, cyberreadiness assessments, and resiliencypolicy improvements.
- Align operational practices with modern resiliency standards.
Virtualization & Database Protection
- Manage backup and restore operations for VMware and HyperV environments.
- Handle applicationaware backups for key databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and more.
Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers across India, EMEA, APJ, and Americas.
- Communicate confidently with both executive and technical stakeholders.
- Present solution designs, document architectures, and drive technical clarity in customer discussions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong handson expertise in:
- Dell Networker
- Dell Data Domain & Storage (NAS/SAN)
- Power Protect Cyber Recovery / Cyber Sense
- PPDM / Avamar
- Deep understanding of disaster recovery, cyber vaulting, and securerestore methodologies.
- Excellent communication & customerhandling skillscomfortable operating in global environments.
- Solid experience with VMware/HyperV and enterprise database backup patterns.
Good to Have
- Dell Technologies certifications and any other certifications:
- Cyber Recovery
- Data Domain
- Networker
- PPDM and any other backup and storage technologies.
- Familiarity with multicloud resiliency and NISTaligned cyber response frameworks.
