As part of our dynamic consulting team, you'll collaborate with global clients to design, build, and implement solutions that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a CRM solution consultant for MS Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Marketing & Sales modules).
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design activities.
• Analyze and optimize business processes for greater efficiency and impact.
• Drive implementation efforts, backlog grooming, and user story creation.
• Leverage expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Deliver demos, participate in testing, and support deployment across project phases.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including RFPs, POCs, and solution presentations.
• Support practice initiatives by creating reusable assets and insights based on industry trends.
