We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
- Developing high-quality, scientifically accurate deliverables (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks, value dossiers, payer decks, objection handlers, HTA-related materials) aligned with client objectives and Trinity standards.
- Leading end-to-end content development across multiple projects/brands, from scoping and outline creation through drafting, review incorporation, and finalization within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Conducting targeted literature searches (PubMed, EMBASE, Google Scholar, HTA databases, guidelines, epidemiology sources) and synthesizing clinical, HEOR, and realworld evidence into clear narratives and value stories.
- Translating complex clinical and economic data into compelling valuefocused messages and visualizations for diverse stakeholders (HCPs, payers, internal commercial teams, and other decision makers).
- Partnering closely with crossfunctional teams (consultants, health economists, statisticians, realworld evidence teams) to shape overall evidence strategy and ensure alignment of content with project objectives.
- Providing scientific and strategic input into client discussions, workshops, advisory boards, and tactical planning, including live participation in client/KOL meetings as needed.
- Reviewing and qualitycontrolling scientific content drafted by junior writers or other team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance, and adherence to style/branding guidelines.
- Mentoring and coaching junior medical writers (and/or trainees) on scientific content, structure, referencing, and best practices in medical writing and evidence communication.
- Ensuring all deliverables comply with relevant industry codes, publication/HTA requirements, and client SOPs, and that referencing and data traceability are robust and auditready.
- Proactively managing deliverables across multiple concurrent projects, communicating risks or timeline issues early, and contributing to efficient internal review and approval cycles.
- Contributing to business development activities where needed (e.g., scientific sections of proposals, pitch decks, capabilities presentations) and supporting organic account growth through scientific excellence.
- Staying current with evolving clinical literature, payer expectations, HTA trends, and communication formats relevant to Trinity's therapeutic focus areas and service lines.
