The Role
Management consulting delivery. You lead client engagements from problem framing through to final deliverable strategy development, operational assessments, financial modelling, business case construction, implementation roadmaps. You work directly with C-suite and senior operational leaders.
The platform gives you analytical capabilities that replace the traditional analyst team. Your job is client-facing: understand the problem, structure the approach, produce the work, present the answer.
What You'll Do
- Lead engagements end to end: scoping, discovery, analysis, deliverable production, stakeholder presentation.
- Develop healthcare strategy deliverables: market assessments, service line strategies, operating model design, governance frameworks, transformation roadmaps.
- Build financial models: business cases, cost-benefit analyses, scenario modelling, ROI frameworks, pricing models. Excel-grade rigour.
- Run structured workshops with senior stakeholders to extract operational reality how decisions get made, where processes break, what rules govern what.
- Produce client-ready written deliverables: strategic assessments, board presentations, implementation plans. Your output is the product.
- Support business development: proposal writing, engagement scoping, effort estimation.
- Define repeatable engagement frameworks that scale the consulting practice.
What We're Looking For
- 48 years in management consulting. Big Four or MBB strongly preferred.
- Healthcare sector experience you've worked on healthcare engagements and understand the industry. You don't need a clinical background.
- Strong financial modelling skills. You build models, not just review them.
- Sharp deliverable writer. Your decks and documents go to clients without heavy editing.
- Structured thinker. You break ambiguous problems into clear, workable components.
- Comfortable presenting to and pushing back on senior stakeholders.
- Interested in technology as a consulting tool not intimidated by it.
What You Don't Need
- A business or technical degree.
- Engineering or coding skills.
- Prior startup experience (but comfort without Big Four infrastructure is essential).
