Job Description:
As a Senior Consultant specializing in Ivalua, you will play a crucial role in delivering procurement solutions to enhance client supply chain processes. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements, designing tailored Ivalua solutions, and leading implementation projects from initiation through to completion. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing procurement activities and ensuring successful integration with existing systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders will be key to ensuring alignment and achieving project objectives. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior consultants, contributing to their professional development and fostering a high-performance team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their procurement needs and translate them into Ivalua system requirements.
- Lead and manage Ivalua implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
- Configure and customize the Ivalua platform to meet client specifications, including creating workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for client users to maximize usage of the Ivalua platform.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Ivalua product enhancements to deliver innovative solutions.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Extensive experience with Ivalua procurement software, including system configuration and implementation best practices.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and e-procurement strategies.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering technology projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in Ivalua or equivalent procurement technology.
- Experience with other procurement or supply chain management tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).
- Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., API, middleware) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
