MTX Group Inc. (MTX) is currently hiring for the position of
Senior Consultant in a
Functional Role. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in leading large-scale complex projects. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with clients, understand their business processes, requirements, pain points, and objectives to effectively execute projects.

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Consultant is expected to lead large scale/complex project(s) executing the following responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to outline project goals and develop a detailed roadmap, incorporating early design validations.
Requirements Analysis:
- Lead dynamic workshops and interviews to gather precise technical and functional requirements.
- Apply user-centric design methodologies, such as empathy maps, persona creation, and user journey mapping, to deeply understand user interactions and needs.
- Produce detailed user stories and process flows to communicate requirements effectively to technical teams and stakeholders.
- Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for iterative feedback and solution refinement.
- Formulate and test cases from design documents to cover all functionalities and conduct usability tests to confirm solution efficacy and user satisfaction.
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews of test cases to secure early approval, setting a strong foundation for UAT scripts.
Solution Design
- Proficiently designing an architecture and functionality to meet business requirements with a focus on user centric design.
Solution Configuration and Development:
- Lead configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform based on the requirements to provide an optimal user experience.
- Lead the data migration process from legacy systems to Salesforce, collaborating closely with project teams and data analysts to ensure a smooth transition.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Validate functionalities against business requirements through test scenario execution.
- Conduct thorough post-migration audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of the migrated data. Work with business users to identify any issues and coordinate with technical teams to rectify discrepancies.
- Conducting and leading unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and adherence to business requirements.
- Execute UAT with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets final expectations and system specifications.
Deployment, Transition, and Documentation:
- Responsible for functional configuration deployment and data migration.
- Create documentation on requirement gathering, business process (creating process diagram, flowcharts, process narratives etc,) using tools.
- Lead adoption through customized training programs, supporting post Go-Live plans for enhanced utilization of new processes and technology.
Post-Implementation Review and Iterative Improvement:
- Provide ongoing support after deployment, addressing system issues and optimizing performance.
- Continuously collect user feedback to evaluate solution impact and identify improvement areas.
Organization Development:
- Mentorship and Guidance:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the project, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
- Growth and Development of Project/ Regional teams:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field.
- Lead Continuous improvement of Salesforce development processes and procedures.
- Participate in the hiring process to identify top talent for the projects in the region per the need.
- Support the HR team in performance documentation of project team members.
- Contribution to the COE (Center of Excellence)
- Contribute to the development of COE with relevant deliverables and assets.
- Operational Excellence:
- Maintenance of Salesforce Certifications.
- Required to travel for key project milestones.
- Maintain utilization goals.
What you will bring:
- 5-8 years of experience in a functional role in the IT consulting industry.
- Proficient in designing and implementing functional solutions, workflows, and : processes that meet client requirements and objectives.
- Proficient in facilitating working sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts via workshops, interviews, and business process review sessions.
- Proficient in creating documentation on requirement gathering, business process (creating process diagram, flowcharts, process narratives etc,) using tools.
- Proficient in data management concepts and best practices for importing, exporting, and managing data.
- Expert in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate Salesforce solutions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills with a user centric approach to problem solving.
- Bachelor's degree and above is desirable.
