Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Senior Consultant - Teamcenter (Senior Developer)to support and enhance PLM services within Group Digital & IT.
You'll develop and customize Teamcenter solutions, ensuring technical excellence and data integrity.
This role involves close collaboration with architects and global teams to drive the OnePLM journey.
You'll work from Danfoss LEED Platinum-rated Oragadam campus, a center of innovation and sustainability.

Job Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and build Teamcenter solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with Business and Solution Architects to develop prototypes and implement quality solutions.
• Translate technical requirements into detailed design documentation.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues within the PLM environment.
• Ensure data integrity and provide corrective solutions for inconsistencies.
• Develop high-quality, standards-compliant code with minimal supervision.
• Create and execute unit and functional test cases for implemented solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Support the OnePLM journey through technical excellence and innovation.

Background & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of development experience in Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA).
• Experience with AWC configuration and customization.
• Strong domain knowledge in TCUA, BMIDE, NX, data migration, upgrades, and SAP integrations (T4S/T4EA).
• Proficient in Java, C/C++, ITK, SOA, AWC (AngularJS, HTML5/CSS3), BMIDE, and SQL scripting.
• Familiar with Teamcenter modules like Schedule Manager, Workflow Designer, Access Manager, and Change Management.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and best practices.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Teamcenter infrastructure, Dispatcher, and Translator is a plus.
