Job Description

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for executing client related engagements in the areas of governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, special reviews, process reviews, process and controls optimization (SOX), risk analytics, controls automation, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management (ERM) assistance.

• Interact with client teams to gather necessary information and data points corresponding to the engagement objectives and scope

• Ability to analyse data sets to derive meaningful insights & trends, and create visualizations for effective storytelling with data

• Review of working papers & client folders. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service

• Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations

. • Preparation of reports/deliverables/status updates/audit committee presentations.

• Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem solving technique

. • Manage the engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development

• Contribute to effective team work in internal engagement situation. Skills and attributes for success

• Demonstrate ability of multi-task and manage multiple projects as directed by the managers

. • Should be process oriented and have strong analytical skills

• Should be able to use and apply MS Excel

• Ability to handle pressure and manage complex situations.

• Willingness to travel (domestic and international).

• Good verbal communication skills

• Result oriented professional with ability to drive outcomes

• Self-motivated individuals with passion to succeed and learn continuously

• Ability to think out of the box and innovate to provide fit for purpose solutions To qualify for the role you must have

• 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in risk advisory/related internal audit experience/external audit experience/risk related engagements.

• Chartered accountant / MBA from a top tier institute / IIA certified will be preferred for the role Ideally you'll also have

• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building & presentation skills.

• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.

• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client) What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative way to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
