Senior Consultant

Main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, and creating protypes

Coordinate with the product engineering and development teams to share the prototypes and support product development

Perform functional testing to ensure that the product meets the specifications shared

Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience

Contribute to thought leadership/whitepapers regularly

Conduct periodic research to track regulatory changes, identify customer needs and market requirements

Analyse the competition and identify the gaps

Work closely with delivery team for a successful product delivery

Work closely with the sales teams to educate on the product features and benefits

Create support and training documents for internal and external users

In depth knowledge of credit processes in banks such as loans sanctioning, review and monitoring. Exposure to collections/stressed assets management/NPA management is good to have.

Desirable: Good exposure to Credit Risk Analytics such as

o PD/LGD/EAD computation

o Stress Testing

o Portfolio Analytics

Exposure to relevant regulatory guidelines such as RBI/Basel
