Job Description

MUST Have

Minimum 6 years of development, configuration, upgrades, implementation, and integration
Experience in building solution on ServiceNow platform.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow UI Pages, UI Macros, Server Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules, Inbound email actions, Notification, Events.
Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge and experience.
Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) beneficial.
Knowledge of transform maps, transform scripts, Staging table and Integration Hub ETL.
Knowledge of Service catalogs, Workflow, Flow Designer and Integration Hub
Should have worked on the development of at least one of the ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM/ITBM/GRC).
Should be able to work independently and in agile manner.
Should have good communication skill.
Should be quick learner.
ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer and Implementation Specialist Certifications preferred.
