ServiceNow Developer

• Design, build, and test ServiceNow enhancement stories.
• Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform for 6+ years (ITSM, ITOM, and Integrations).
• Integration and Implementation experience in one or more SN modules, hands-on developer experience.
• Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Must have a solid understanding and experience in using several web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX and developing integrations with the ServiceNow platform using web services, SOAP, email, MID, plugins.
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other such technologies.

Required Certifications: ITIL, CSA, ITSM + ITOM, ITAM, HRSD (Any other will be a plus), at least 2 mainline certifications matching required skills.
