Senior Consultant-AI & Data Analytics

1. Design, develop, and optimize AI agents and workflows usingLangGraphandLangChain, Python, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
2. Build custom tools and integrate them into agent workflows (e.g., APIs, databases, search engines)
3. Craft and fine-tune effective prompts and memory structures to improve agent reasoning.
4. Collaborate with product and backend teams to integrate agents into end-user applications.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
6. Troubleshoot and debug agent behaviors and edge cases.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 12 years of experience in Python development, with strong hands-on coding ability
2. Experience building agent-based systems usingLangGraphandLangChain
3. Familiarity withprompt engineering,LLM function/tool calling, andmulti-agent coordination
4. Experience withFastAPI,WebSockets, or similar frameworks is a plus
5. Knowledge of LLMs such asOpenAI, and their API usage
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Good to Have

1. Experience with LangChain Expression Language (LCEL)
2. Familiarity with LangSmith or agent tracing/debugging tools
3. Exposure to real-time inference systems or chatbot interfaces
4. GitHub or portfolio demonstrating prior LangGraph projects
