Job Description
- Design, develop, and optimize AI agents and workflows using LangGraph and LangChain, Python , and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Build custom tools and integrate them into agent workflows (e.g., APIs, databases, search engines)
- Craft and fine-tune effective prompts and memory structures to improve agent reasoning.
- Collaborate with product and backend teams to integrate agents into end-user applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot and debug agent behaviors and edge cases.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in Python development, with strong hands-on coding ability
- Experience building agent-based systems using LangGraph and LangChain
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM function/tool calling, and multi-agent coordination
- Experience with FastAPI, WebSockets, or similar frameworks is a plus
- Knowledge of LLMs such as OpenAI, and their API usage
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Good to Have
- Experience with LangChain Expression Language (LCEL)
- Familiarity with LangSmith or agent tracing/debugging tools
- Exposure to real-time inference systems or chatbot interfaces
- GitHub or portfolio demonstrating prior LangGraph projects
