Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work on Oracle Fusion & EBS Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Lease Accounting.
Develop and maintain OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (BI Publisher) reports.
Handle RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows).
Conduct fit-gap analysis to assess business requirements against Oracle functionality.
Participate in end-to-end implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live support.
Lead data migration activities ensuring data integrity and successful system transition.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
