Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South for a Senior Conference Producer. The Senior Conference Producer will oversee end-to-end conference production, including conducting in-depth market research to identify relevant topics and trends, establishing connections and securing speakers, and managing all logistical elements of event execution. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing, sales, and event management teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality events that meet the industry's needs and expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Conference Production, with the ability to create market-relevant and high-value programs.
• Proficiency in Market Research to identify emerging trends, industry challenges, and target audience needs.
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, manage teams, and engage participants.
• Experience in Speaker Acquisition, including identifying, contacting, and securing keynote speakers and panel participants.
• Proven abilities in Event Management, with a focus on organizing, liaising with vendors, and ensuring seamless event execution.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Professional experience in the cyber security or IT industry is a significant advantage.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience required
