About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Representative
In this role, you will:
- Support endtoend U.S. commercial loan servicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and resolve customer service inquiries, acting as an escalation point for moderately complex issues.
- Review, interpret, and process relevant U.S. tax forms related to commercial lending.
- Handle syndicated and participated loan operations, including agent notices, rate changes, fee processing, and facility updates.
- Support secondary loan trade settlements, reviewing trade documents and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely settlement.
- Perform and validate daily and endofday controls, maintaining data quality and compliance with internal procedures.
- Collaborate with peers, partners, and managers to address issues, drive resolutions, and achieve team goals.
- Identify process gaps and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and risk requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior servicing staff to strengthen operational capability.
- Work effectively in a fastpaced, highvolume environment, prioritizing tasks and delivering highquality results.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
- Experience in Commercial Loan Servicing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in syndicated and participated loan operations.
- Exposure to secondary loan trade settlements aligned with LSTA/LMA standards.
- Strong understanding of loan structures, pricing, and the loan lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to resolve issues at both the immediate and rootcause levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and also in a collaborative, teamoriented environment.
- Ability to prioritize workloads, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
- Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to embrace process changes and continuous improvement.

Job Expectations:
- Maintain high accuracy in processing commercial loan transactions and daily deliverables.
- Complete critical endofday checks and ensure compliance with operational controls.
- Act as a point of escalation and resolve moderately complex servicing issues independently.
- Manage inquiries from internal teams, external customers, agent banks, and trading partners.
- Ensure timely and errorfree support for syndicated loans, including rate changes, notices, and fee processing.
- Support secondary loan trade settlements, ensuring trades settle within agreed timelines.
- Follow all policies, procedures, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Uphold strict data quality, documentation, and audit standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to team capability building.
- Deliver consistent performance in a dynamic and highvolume work environment.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and professional conduct in all aspects of work.
