Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Black Belt / Collections & Dispute Transformation Expert to join our Global Business Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end transformation projects that drive measurable cost savings, quality improvements, and enhanced customer experiences through rigorous process re-engineering.
You will join a high-impact team of change agents dedicated to fostering a culture of operational excellence and shaping the future of our financial workflows. Your work will directly influence our Order-to-Cash (OTC) objectives by deploying advanced technologies like Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning to predict and mitigate financial risks.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives by conducting deep-dive diagnostics and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify bottlenecks and deliver fully signed-off business benefits, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, IT, and Customer Service to deploy Intelligent Automation and Predictive Analytics models that streamline routine dunning and forecast customer payment behaviors.
- Ensure the growth of organizational capability by designing and delivering formal Lean Six Sigma training and mentoring Green Belt project teams to successful completion.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of process improvement experience within a large-scale service industry such as banking, insurance, or professional consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Minitab.
- Proven ability in leading complex change management initiatives, performing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and navigating unstructured environments independently.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a record of mentoring 50+ Green Belt projects; additional certifications in Agile, Kaizen, or Prosci are highly preferred.
