Role Summary

The ideal candidate will own and drive Sales Operations, CRM platforms, and analytics, enabling scalable sales processes and data‑driven decision‑making.

This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to optimize performance, streamline workflows, and improve overall customer and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Process & Systems Management

  • Manage CRM tools (Salesforce) including lead management, reporting automation, and NPS tracking
  • Standardize sales workflows and reporting processes
  • Enable and train sales teams on CRM tools and best practices

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track key sales metrics such as pipeline, win rates, and conversion ratios
  • Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI
  • Analyze KPIs to generate insights and identify improvement opportunities

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing on lead quality and funnel effectiveness
  • Coordinate with Finance on revenue tracking
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations to improve customer experience

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process inefficiencies and gaps
  • Drive process automation and tool adoption
  • Continuously optimize sales operations for better performance

Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience:

  • 5-10 years in sales ops / analytics.
  • Strong CRM + reporting tools experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Skills:

  • Data tools: SQL, Excel, dashboards.
  • Analytical thinking + problem-solving.
  • Communication with multiple teams.
