Senior Cloud Ops Engineer

• Support the applications and related cloud environments multiple geographies
• Ensure 99.9% application SLA is met
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, ensure proper security controls and best practices are in place
• Primary focus on environment optimization using product maturity models
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance for junior / mid-tier roles
• Azure environment resource deployment and management
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities, ensure that releases are planned, developed, validated, and deployed to testing and production environments
• Maintain regular backups of the environments and applications
• Participate in annual disaster recovery tests
• Participate in SOC/ISO audits and ensure all audit controls are adhered to
• Able and be willing to provide on-call duty

Qualifications Required:

• 5+ Years of total experience as Cloud Ops Engineer
• 3+ years of Hands-on Experience of Microsoft Azure cloud experience in product operations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Microsoft IIS and PowerShell scripting
• Understanding of network administration (VLANs, ACLs, VPN, routing etc.) and TCP/IP protocols
• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, release and management
• Knowledge of cryptography technologies (TLS, IPSec, FDE, TDE) and enterprise EDR systems
• Experience with managing single tenant and multi-tenant SaaS applications is preferred
• Experience working with Oracle and databases connections preferred
• Relevant Cloud or DevOps certifications are preferred
• Ability to balance multi-task and multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
