Senior Cloud IAM Engineer – Pune / Remote

SEPIA Innovations Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Cloud IAM Engineer to lead IAM design, implementation, and governance across AWS environments.

This is a global role working with teams in the US, Japan, and India.

Location: Pune / Remote (Rotational shift)

Experience: 10+ years

Type: Full‑time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and optimize IAM policies, roles, and access controls

• Manage AWS Secrets Manager, KMS lifecycle, and encryption setups

• Integrate IAM with AD and enterprise systems (CRM, Splunk, CyberArk, etc.)

• Automate IAM using CloudFormation

• Support IAM alerts, incidents, RCA, and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with DevOps for IAM integration in CI/CD

• Mentor team and drive IAM best practices

Technical Skills:

• AWS IAM, AD integration

• CloudFormation, Splunk, CyberArk, ServiceNow

• Python / Shell / Java

• AWS Security services (CloudTrail, CloudWatch, WAF, Secrets Manager, KMS)

• SIEM & incident response

Preferred:

• Relevant degree

• AWS Security / IAM certifications
