Senior Azure DevOps Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 6 to 10+ years
Shifts: Open to rotational & night shifts (24x7 support)
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to drive scalable CI/CD practices, infrastructure automation, and secure cloud operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Azure cloud services, and modern DevOps methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering reliable and secure solutions in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Design, implement, and maintain IaC for Azure infrastructure using Terraform.
- Develop and manage reusable Terraform modules, enforcing IaC best practices.
- Build and consume reusable TF Modules and enforce IaC best practices.
Manage Cloud Environments (Azure)
- Provision and manage Azure cloud infrastructure across compute, networking, and storage services.
- Manage Azure resources like VMs, VNets, NSGs, LBs, KVs, AKS, Docker
- Apply best practices for security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
CI/CD Automation (ADO)
- Build and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate deployment and configuration of cloud resources, integrating dashboards for visibility.
Configuration Management (Puppet)
- Develop and maintain Puppet modules and Hiera configurations for automation.
- Manage Puppet version control repositories (Bitbucket).
Linux Administration (RHEL)
- Implement and manage RHEL-based environments.
- Troubleshoot OS-level issues related to Docker containers and Kubernetes
Required Skills
- Azure Infrastructure Services, Terraform, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Strong hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and RHEL.
- Deep understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
- Proficiency in Puppet configuration management.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts: Load Balancers, Firewalls, Routing, DNS.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevSecOps principles.
Nice-to-Have
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104).
- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Familiarity with security best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
