What You'll Do : As a Senior Cloud Administrator in the Enterprise - Information Technology you will -

  • Design, provision, configure, and manage large-scale Kubernetes clusters, primarily on Amazon EKS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests, and configure core Kubernetes objects for cloud-native workloads.
  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform to provision and manage cloud and Kubernetes resources.
  • Create, manage, and secure container image repositories (e.g., Amazon ECR, JFrog Artifactory), including image lifecycle management and best practices.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production and escalated issues, provide timely resolutions, and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
  • Design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications using tools such as Argo CD, TeamCity, AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline.
  • Work hands-on with the Kubernetes ecosystem, including autoscaling and optimization tools such as Karpenter, KEDA, Metrics Server, and related components.
  • Implement and manage observability solutions for Kubernetes and AI/LLM workloads using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Langfuse, and similar platforms.
  • Define and enforce Kubernetes security best practices, review microservices architectures, and ensure alignment with end-to-end system design principles.
  • Collaborate with application, security, and platform teams to improve reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and new team members, promoting best practices and a strong Platform Engineering culture.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's/master's degree with specialization in Computer or IT, MCA or other computer related disciplines.
  • 4-6 years of overall experience in the platform engineering space, delivering medium to large-scale technology solutions.
  • Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug complex platform issues.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn and mentor others.
