Job Title: Client Experience & Sales Specialist

Location: Nestable Experience Centre, Greater Noida

Experience Required: 4+ years

Industries Preferred: Luxury Real Estate, Premium Automotive, High-end Retail, Credit Cards, Hospitality Sales

Key Responsibilities1. Client Experience & Brand Representation
  • Lead the Theatre of Sales at the Experience Centre ensure every client visit is curated flawlessly.
  • Conduct high-impact walkthroughs of modular home units, explaining design, engineering, and value proposition.
  • Build trust with HNIs, architects, resort owners, and luxury clientele.
2. Consultative Sales & Lead Ownership
  • Manage all inbound leads and guide them through an advisory-driven sales cycle.
  • Conduct structured negotiations with clarity and professionalism.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-ups via CRM to ensure continual engagement.
3. Mentorship & Centre Excellence
  • Serve as a role model for junior sales associates in communication, process, and client handling.
  • Provide on-floor coaching and maintain showroom readiness at all times.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 4+ years in Luxury Real Estate, Premium Automotive (BMW/Audi/Mercedes), High-end Retail, or Credit Card/Financial Sales.
  • Strong command over English & Hindi with executive presence and refined presentation skills.
  • Comfort interacting with HNIs and closing high-value deals (10 lakh to 1 crore+).
  • Consultative mindset ability to understand client lifestyle, needs, and investment patterns.
  • Available to work 5 days a week, including weekends when required for client visits.
