Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will lead the design, planning, and execution of water, sanitation, and related civil infrastructure projects for V-Tech Enviro Solutions in Trivandrum. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing project design and stormwater management plans, reviewing and approving engineering drawings, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The individual will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients, provide technical guidance to junior engineers, and support project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Responsibilities also include conducting site visits, monitoring construction progress, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sustainable engineering practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles, with the ability to apply them to water, sanitation, and infrastructure projects.
• Candidates should possess experience as Civil Engineers with demonstrated capability in project Planning and coordination.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Stormwater Management and related hydrology/hydraulic analysis for urban and environmental infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field, with several years of progressively responsible experience in infrastructure or environmental projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in sustainable design, wastewater management, or smart sanitation systems is highly beneficial.
