Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in New Delhi. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing structural calculations, developing design details, and coordinating with architects, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate structural solutions into overall project designs. The role involves creating and updating structural drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) tools, reviewing shop drawings, and supporting site teams with technical clarifications. The Structural Engineer will also participate in design reviews, value engineering, and quality assurance activities, while supporting documentation for approvals and certifications.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering skills for building and infrastructure design.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations for safe and code-compliant design solutions.
- Candidates should possess experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing and modifying structural drawings and models.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; master's degree in Structural Engineering is an advantage.
- Knowledge of national and international design codes, standards, and building regulations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience in building services coordination, sustainable design, or green building projects (LEED/GRIHA) is beneficial.
