Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have 5-9 years of experience in the job market, and possess a strong technical background in civil engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing various civil engineering projects, and ensuring that they are completed efficiently, on-time and within budget. The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders. This is a full-time position based in India.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets and timelines
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment and materials
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
- Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-9 years of experience in civil engineering projects
- Strong technical background in civil engineering
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other civil engineering software
- Experience in managing project budgets and timelines
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct site visits and inspections
