Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer - Luxury High-End Apartments
Location: HSR Layout
Experience- 3+ years
Ctc- 4.2 lpa -7.2 lpa (Depends on interview)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the construction of luxury apartment projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, structural engineers, and clients to ensure design and execution excellence.
- Supervise daily site activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and review construction drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Resolve site issues promptly and proactively with effective stakeholder communication.
- Prepare project reports, monitor budgets, and track milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 high-rise residential projects (B+G+10 floors or above).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other civil engineering software.
- Strong communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (spoken).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple consultants.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
