Job Description
- Monthly, weekly, daily resource planning and ordering based on laboratory requirement.
- Timely reporting of daily / weekly / monthly product characteristics to the concerned departments.
- Manpower resource planning & lab effectiveness & efficiencies.
- Annual budget plan.
- Handling of customer complaint.
- Asses the previous year performance of the department & plan improvement points while prepareing the yearly P&B formulation (Including AMC, reagents & chemicals etc.),
- Adoption of cost control measures such as development of internal calibration techniques, to reduce -
- Appraisal Cost
- Cost of poor quality (Internal)
- Compensation (External)
Preferred Experience
- Professional having Master /Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / Fiber Science, from a reputed university having a proven track record in the respective field.
- 8-10 Years of working experience in Laboratory in a similar site with hands on experience in handling laboratory teams
- Experience of leading a Laboratory team with 24/7 shift rotation
- Exposures in IMS / ISO system
- Additional exposures in analytical methods related to composit / aerospace / high temperature processes.
- Knowledge of automotive and aerospace quality certification
